Morgan Stanley raised its price target to $120, up from $60 previously. This follows a positive vote from a group of experts advising the FDA on the company's cancer test. Two other firms, UBS and Canaccord Genuity, also raised their targets recently, bringing the average analyst target to $108.

The company is presenting new data from its large-scale clinical trials at two major medical conferences this month. These presentations will cover how well the Galleri test works in the real world and its ability to detect cancer across different groups of people.
Strong data from these studies is the foundation of the company's case for full FDA approval. If the results continue to show high accuracy and a low rate of false alarms, it makes it more likely that regulators and insurance providers will eventually cover the test for millions of people.

Andrew John Partridge, the company's Chief Growth Officer, sold about 1.2 million dollars in stock. While this is a large sale, executives often sell shares for personal financial planning or as part of pre-set trading plans. It does not necessarily change the long-term outlook for the business.
A panel of experts advising the FDA voted to recommend approval for the Galleri test, which can detect over 50 types of cancer from a single blood draw. While the panel was divided on exactly how strong the evidence for its effectiveness is, they broadly agreed the test is safe for patients to use.
This is a major step toward full FDA approval, which the company expects to hear about in the coming months. Full approval is the key that would allow the company to seek broad insurance coverage, including from Medicare. Without that coverage, the test remains a high-cost option that most patients have to pay for themselves, limiting how fast the business can grow.
