While this is a large cash commitment, management is stocking up on components to fulfill the record order volumes they see for the remainder of the year.

Our take: This was an exceptionally strong quarter that proves Penguin is a major beneficiary of the AI infrastructure boom. The fact that memory sales more than doubled while profit margins expanded suggests the company has real pricing power. These results significantly strengthen the case for owning the stock as AI adoption moves into the mainstream.
